i was not treated well by one of the staff in the hmo office her name is, jherimicha changcoco dulay, she’s very argumentative,bossy and acted like one of the bosses which i dont believe she was. She’s not honoring the rights of the patients and was never careful of the things she says that might gonna affect the people she’s talking with. I am pregnant, i know my right and im not uneducated person to be treated like that
The hospital administrator is negligent in providing communication service to the hospital.

i know cannot reach them at all…we had c section there and the staff were great but the front office was terrible ,i have been in the medical field 17 tears and this is the worst front office yet !!!! no excuse..very unprofessional
