   Good Day,

   Last OCtober 1 2014 my mother have eye cataract eye operation almost 7 months po already . during that day they let me pay 600 for philhealth. They say they will give the receipt to our barangay hall. Until now there’s none. Amado Eleuterio Jose Quezon po his name.
