   Good day po. panu po /anu po requirements kasi hihingi po ako ng copy ng discharge summary/ operation summary po ata yun kc way back september 18, 2013 sa balayan bayview hospital ko ako na cs. 3mos pregnant po ako ngayon, gusto makita ng obgyne po ung operation na ginagawa skin dati kc nag tanong ako kung pwde e normal delivery ko this time. ty po
