Dear Sirs,
I am a legitimate, legal and permanent residence of 4673-B Guadalcanal St., V. Mapa, Sta. Mesa, Manila. I file this complaint against a driver of a doctor of Unciano General Hospital in Guadalcanal St., Va. Mapa, Sta. Mesa who is boarding in Unciano General Hospital in Sta. Mesa for many years at the permission of the security guard named , Gerry. One day I parked my Mazda van along guadalcanal st. where Unciano General Hospital is located since I got a permission from Barangay 588 Chairman Rulyn Rosabal as evidenced by a letter. That is the only days I parked my van since it is parked in Karuhatan, Bulacan. I parked in Unciano Hospital because I brought my son’s in laws father from UERM Hospital to Las Pinas for Dialysis treatment, and to use the van for the wake of my son’s grandma interment that day February 28, 2020 Friday. The driver, Julius Rocero who was not a resident of Barangay 588 but a Kagawad but working as driver of your resident doctor knocked at my home and shout at the top of his voice to remove my parked van around 7:30 am because Julius would like to park his van to the same place where I parked my van. As I am leaving to teach in MLQ University in Quezon City, I told him, I am in hurry because I am late at the class, I will remove the van when I arrive and go to the interment of our lola who died yesterday. When I arrived in the afternoon to drive the van to the interment, I saw Julius standing few meters from the van and deep scratches around the right side of the van. I told him him did you do the scratches, Julius said, I did not do that. how come in the morning we have the altercations regarding the parking and in the afternoon there are deep scratches around the side of the my van. I talked to the Security Guard about the matter since the van was in front of him when he was guarding. The security guard said, its your fault your parking your car, I request your management to discipline your employee, the driver, Julius, and security guard, named Gerry in committing malicious mischief which is crime punishable under Revised Penal Code. Much to my regret I will a criminal and civil action in court, Securities and Exchange Commission, the crime and violation committed by your personnel unless a disciplinary action is taken by the hospital to prevent them using the hospital as boarding house at the expense of the hospital and the records of the security guard whether he has NBI, or police clearance. As I am a professional Certified Public Account and a graduate of LLB, I treasure the maxims of President Duterte of free crimes in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

The contact numbers you posted seem inactive. I hope you give the correct existing and active contact numbers. Two numbers posted on your website says “Number cannot be completed” or “cannot be reached”? while the other number here is always unanswered. You might need an operator to answer phone calls…I can apply. I wonder… is your hospital really reliable and trustworthy? Why is it that a simple information as this is poorly, inadequately and unreliably posted? Pls check your info on website and update it. Thanks.
The hospital has no good contact telephone number(s) whatsoever to call them. It is a clear reflection of how they operate as a hospital. I have nothing good to say.

Very disappointed No one answering the calls the operator is useless. You are in the services every minute is important t ! Telephone calls pa lan di na ma attend paano pa kaya ang mga pasyente ! Need to talk to you urgently my sister is waiting at the red cross the request you gave doesnt have blood type stupid! Management should take a look at this issue !
Why? same sentiments here. There’s no operator answering the calls. Need to know if Dr. Edwin V. Rodriguez-Hematology is an Asian Life accredited doctor? What to know also his schedules.
There is no telephone operator to receive our call. I am so disappointed! WASTE OF time!
So hard to contact your number always no operator to receive the of your client your a hospital you need to be alert all the time even a simple telephone calls
