gud day, my husband was confine in your hospital just this evening because he met a vehicular accident. my sister in law is asking if he could use my Philhealth since I am working in the government and the hospital staff told her that he can. She was given the list of requirement for availing my Philhealth and she told me over the phone that the hospital needs the list of my contributions, marriage contract (all authenticated). My agony is that i am here in Bicol while my husband was hospitalized there in Bocaue Bulacan. I immediately rushed to the Philhealth Office in our place and they just informed me that my MDR (Membership Data Record) is enough document so show that my husband is my beneficiary. May I asked if he can still avail of my PhilHealth using my MDR or there is still a lot more documents that you will request from us. Just asking because if that is so, I still have to secure NSO Marriage Certificate which will be release a week and my PhilHealth Contributions will not be immediately entertained in the Office because there are clients earlier requested. with the given time I could not have secured some of those. I been working in the City Government of Naga for almost 33 years now, so it will be a very tedious on the part of the Philhealth to print my contributions for that long years that I’ve been in the service. Probably, if it will suffice you I can just FAX my MDR together with my PhilHealth ID so that the hospital billing will less my Philhealth. thank you
I had a worst experience in your hospital yesterday,
My father was rushed in your hospital,he died ,I reached
the emergency room ,2 to 5 minutes after he died at
emergency room, in the mid of my grief,,just few minutes past
,upon going -out of the emergency room, here was your
Guard Agustin, giving me the hospital’s bill.
Is this the way you treat your customers?.We do know we need
to pay the bill, but shocking ,just few minutes at hospital,sa gitna
ng pagdadalamhati namin, imbis na pakikiramay, paniningil agad ang
ang ibinigay,.Another bad exprience was, of course,we had an
exhange of words of your guard Your guard also in a defensive voice
which is supposed to be apologetic, while he was sitting in his post,
he stood up with a gesture of handling his gun.You may view your
cctv,to see what i’m saying,In line with,May i request your good office,
to allow me to view the cctv recording.Hindi naman namin kayo
tatakbuhan, and you can check your record, kinuha ang body
father ko mga past 7 na ,namatay sya mga 4pm,.Pera na lng ba
ang usapan ngayon, manhid na sa nararamdaman ng iba.I hope this
will be given immediate action.
