   Good day Sir, Madam

   I write this letter regarding what happened last September 19, 2022 Monday in your Institution .M.V Santiago Medical Center Trece Marites City, Cavite. My patient’s name is Juanito Calano. he is in an emergency, and my patient has arrived at your hospital due to severe chest pain and he is also suffering from vomiting during their arrival.
   In my begin let me tell you what happened and before that i continue my letter i would like to say Thank you for all staff nurse and doctor in ER to give all attention and needed for my patient and now fortunately he is survived hopefully that very fast recovery furthermore the reason why i should to write my letter because i would like to complain one your staff in admitting Name Editha Dela Peña she is not good manner to explain and No eye contact and she talk very louder and the way she talk very uncomfortable. before that my wife they go to cashier first and asking to if possible to make promissory note due to emergency the cashier trying to talk one staff to admitting but the admitting have have louder voice in public that she said “NO PROMISSORY NOTE”. My patient they need to transfer in the other hospital, My wife does not enough money that time to pay all session charges in ER which amount 23 thousand something and my wife have focus to find the payment for ambulance due to your hospital not complete equipment’s and it is emergency cases moreover my wife she really focus of her father to transfer but there is one staff in admitting they not do 100 percent doing her job after she said no promissory note she told to my wife that “no promissory” so my question what they can do in the future if there is like same situation encounter in your institution.
   In my concern I would like you to conduct an investigation with an explanation to solve this kind of problem also in the future because last Monday was so very strange.
   I hope you will understand my letter and pay attention.

   and she said “Pls come and visit M.V. Santiago Medical CenTer
   Owned by : MJ Viloria Santiago (Doña Maryjane Viloria Santiago) and operated by Cavite physicians in the Philippines ??. This Medical CenTer is located in Trece Martirez Cavite .”
