I would like to inquire if you have any package for standard chem? consisting of: Fasting Blood Sugar, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, Blood Uric Acid, Cholesterol, Triglyceride, Lipoprotein Profile, SGPT & SGOT. Or a package for routine check-up, consisting the same but with added Alkaline Phosphatase and Complete Urinalysis? And may I know your price offer for the said package? Tnx!
