Feedback and grievance. Recently a patient at your hospital. Infectious control needs to look into my complaint. Upon entering the ER room and then the ICU. Room 11 needs to be clean and sanitized. The room has dirt, hand prints on the wall. It can be clean. The nurses in the ICU don’t care either. Make loud noises and ignores the alarms in the rooms. Saw red lights flashing all morning. The nurses sleep on the job too. Then, placed in Room 360. The bed rusted, leather mattress all torned up. Cant open the CR when shut. The bathroom smelled. Overall the inpatient room was better than the ICU.
