   Nais ko pong dumulog ng complaint about sa Hindi nyo makataong pagtanggap ng premisory note at Hindi nyo palabasin ang asawa ng kapatid ko na si Mrs. Gemma C. Chato. Di ba po may patients bill of rights po bawat hospital? Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong sa kataas-taasan na mga government social welfare to ask for help. At nagbabakasali na sagutin ni pangulong Duterte via 888.
   Sana po bigyan nyo po tulungan nyo po sila.

   My fiancée needs help in an emergency but this Fax number here to receive my letter is never working. None of your phone numbers are working either.

   The fees are not explained fully why it reached a specific amount. The service was satisfactory; nurses and doctors are very approachable but there are some in the billing department who are impolitely talking to patients or the patient’s family member. There are no specific standards of the fees.
