Would like to clarify, I was charge for the PPE of your radiologist last week with an amount bigger than the amount charge for my lab test. Would like to understand the situation that it is pandemic and virus is everywhere but upon observing, the radiologist is not even changing her PPE. I am on third patient to set and waiting and observing from the room.

Counting the number of patient that day, all of us where charge of P1,366 for the PPE but we are not seeing any change PPE since the patient is just coming in and out of the room, and waiting for certain spraying of alcohol as part of disinfecting the room.

The gross part is when it is my turn, the bedsheet still have this gel used from previous patient. And the assistant just put some tissue so that when I lay down, I cannot feel the gel. I ask him if there is any bedsheet available to change, but I receive no comment…

hoping for an action for this. P1,366 is small amount for you but it is too much for us especially this pandemic time.

We are really disappointed with all of your nurses on your ER. My mom experienced pain on her upper left abdomen. Instead of asking how painful it is, your nurses told us how much the CBC and urinalysis cost. I don’t think you are training your hospital staff really well. Also, we arrived 4:05am within the Hospital premise then we went inside your ER nobody is around except for your Guard who happened to be really courteous to open the door for us. Your ER is empty, then when the first nurse came in after 10 minutes. Really grateful!!! (i saw her yawned, just got up from bed), she asked if were already interviewed. She was the only nurse inside, so it means nobody entertained us yet. Around 5am the result of the laboratories came, we decided to go home since the result was normal. The nurse who just came in to work for her duty told us that they are still monitoring my mom. The fact the they just asked my mom once about the pain she is experiencing. They are just having there early morning chit chat and not even monitoring my moms issue. Really ridiculous! I hate to say this but JON ER is one of the worst ER in Batangas! The worst of the worst, there is no available resident ER doctor…. And we were never informed about it until the

What if there were accident that time, nobody will assist the patient that might caused the patient’s death. Since nobody is in the ER that time. Really disappointed. You should take this seriously.
