Basically if want to die a slow painful death with a large bill at the end then I recommend going to this hospital. My 2 year old daughter was taken to the ER in pain from an obstructed bowel. We were made to sit outside in the rain for over 45 minutes before someone came to check on us and only then were we permitted to go into a less than sanoitary isolation room. They gaveus an initial estimate of the services and we agreed at 12K. The Phlebotimist who “attempted” to draw blood from my daughter could not get it and was wiggling the needle atounf in her arm as she was crying and I made him stop. They then decided sonce they idiot could get a vein to puncture her finger and squeeze blood for the test. After that we were taken for X-Rays and brought back, only to be told that they “forgot” to do “all” the x-rays but never finished. After a few more hours the ER doctor came back with the results and said they recommend admission at the starting rate of 30K but the admissions people never approached us, instead they called us from their office. Unacceptable. I went to talk to them but again, had to wait ourside while they fetched someone who came out with paperwork for me to sigh. But they could not tell me what the 30K would cover and nsisted before they even admitted my 2 year old that she had to take a covid test and remain outside in isolation for up to 12 hours until the results came. Are you F’ing kidding me???? Needless to say I refused to admit her and signed a waiver to release her which took another 45 minutes and another wait outside for a cashier to come and collect my now 15K and when questions they said the additional 3K was for PPE which I onl sae the doctor wear. So you are telling me that a paper suit and mask cost 3K….This hospital wasted my time and made my baby suffer. I hare to say it but you are better off going to a Government hospital or clinic…Which is what we did afterwards. We went to a local clinic with all the test results thatwe were given and the pediatrician prescribed medication, which the ER Dortor said he could not do, which makes me believe he wasan inept moron or was he even a Doctor. So, n closing , unless you are ready and prepared to die, stay way

    Hello.
I would like to say something about diliman hospital from qc the protocol of the hospital are not appropriate.

Since I was been there at the isolation room last weeks ago been through delivery c section of my 1st baby .we received call from the billing dept. saying that once we haven’t pay the initial billing they will gonna cut off our medication for me and my premy baby which is not appropriate to say that And they said that visitor are not allowing from isolation room unless you are nurse and having ur protection(PPE). But then someone come from billing dept to our room without using PPE protection .

Also they not allowing parents from NiCU to hold they on own daughter . We pay good but they threatened patient very poorly this is not appropriate.
