    I am reaching out to make a special request regarding the birth certificate of our daughter. As an overseas worker currently residing outside the Philippines, it is with great regret that I am unable to personally visit the hospital to complete the necessary paperwork for her birth registration. However, I am eager to secure her original birth certificate as soon as possible, as it is essential for her future enrollment in school.

    Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the process of obtaining the original birth certificate for my daughter.
