3 weeks ago i had my check up at room 301 everything was fine as per their protocol until nong paalis nako tinawag ako ng secretary at mag bayad daw ako ng 100 pesos sbi ko pra san yon for the equipment daw. Nka face mask lng nmn ang Dr nag check sakin at nka face mask din lng nmn secretary with their washable smack gown alin equipment ang bbyaran ko ng 100 doon
you should have mobile contact numbers for its easy as of now coz we all know that we are all using mobile phone
Sana po maayos naman schedule ng mga doctors meron morning and afternoon.since my off,magpapacheck up sana ako sa optha but as per sectetary may cut off first come first serve.nag ask ako if may hapon wala din kasi wala na doctors. Paki ayos po sana ang shifting para maaccomodate mga pasyente ninyo magbabayad naman po kami.

Poor service for a private hospital. Staff and doctors alike are Unprofessional. They have no respect for people’s time. I went for check-up and was advised the internal med physician will come around 2. It’s almost 4 pm and the doctor is not yet around giving a lousy excuse for traffic along Aguinaldo Highway. Learn to be honest. If the doctor will not make it, at least advise the patient correctly so they can check their options instead of giving them false information just to earn money. You are a hospital after all expected to look after people’s welfare first.
