    The staffs are ignoring phone calls, if ever they answered, they will ask you to call back after an hour. So much for having a contact number.

    All your contact numbers/hotline are not accessible. I’ve been calling this hospital for an hour and i keep on being hang up on. What kind of personnel you guys have? This is crazy!!!

    Sa facebook page ng BGH San Bartolome nagrereply naman pag nag privatr message. Pero minsan siguro tamad silang mag reply kaya sinasabi na lang nila na call their OPD. Dapat laging accessible ang contacts ng hospital. Hospital yan eh. Pano pag mqy emergency?

    Kung maglalagay kayo ng contact number, paki sigurado namang may sasagot. Hindi kayo nakakatulong eh. Lalo na sa OPD wala laging sumasagot.

    Bastos po mga tao nyo.. Ilang beses ako tmawag pero inaangat lang nila tapos binababa.. Di po tama yan.. Palitan nyo sila kung ayw nila gawin khit basic lng ng trabaho nila.

    Bgh zabarte di macontact ang mga telepono.walang sumasagot.pagpinuntahan naman wala din ang doktor.

    Useless ang tel no nila.. Wlang sumasagot.. Nakaka 1 oras na me.. Nagsubok me sa billing at kung ano ano pang department walang nasagot.. BGH Novaliches ang tinutukoy ko

    totoo po yun asawa ko nag pa checkup sa internal medicine sinabi pa ultra sound pinabalik kinabukasan para sa ultra- sound tapos ibang duktor magbabasa ng resulta magbababayad na naman lokohan yata yan sir

    AKo tumawag within 5seconds may sumagot na. Nagthank you pa nga eh. Very courteous. Baka naman kasi mali number na pinag didial nyo kaya nahihirapan kayo tumawag

    Kayo lang ang hospital na ang hirap tawagan… Sana di nakayu nagpalagay ng contact number kung hindi naman kayo macontact.. Paputol niyo na ang landline niyo!!!!
