   Can we request an medical records on CS by Marres M. Reyes on her daughter born last Mar 23,2012 named Anreana Marie Reyes was needed on her next CS delivery in Gen.Emilio Aguinaldo General Hospital Trece Martires, Cavite.

   Your response was highly appreciable because I can’t go there personally due to my pregnancy was on 6mons(difficulty on riding vehicle)
