    There is a serious shortage of good hospitals in the whole of Lucena, Quezon. I’m sure there are serious, hard working staff in Mount Carmel but you won’t find them in the information counter. Sad to say, these faces have been serving us for years and years now and sadder yet to say, you are not the last person to be subject to these horrific situations. You would think a little humanity and sensitivity is a bare minimum requirement in all staff but no…

    Parking itself is such a pain. Why build wing after wing of new buildings without a thought to where there will be access to parking. I suppose they don’t earn from that even though that is also a BARE MINIMUM service requirement for any major hospital.

    You cannot even get throug their information line published as 042 710 2577 and 2576. The rare occasion that I do get through you get lost waiting while being “transferred” to the other information in the other building.

    Wake up people of Mt. Carmel! You cannot continue to operate like this. You have earned the money from us, give back by giving us good, not even great or the best, just GOOD customer service. You only exist because there is not many alternatives to you. I think the people of Lucena deserve much better.

    Hospital staff misbehavior.

    I understand that due to volume of influx of awaiting patients, waiting time also is longer than the usual but please be considerate and be patient as well to the patients who patiently waited for their turn to be accommodated. We came here after 4-5hrs of travel and needed to wait for a vacant room for our PWD patient aside from hrs of waiting at the clinic itself yet your staffs were so rude esp those in the information counter. Waited for two days now with my PWD sister who is scheduled for her surgery that needs urgency and I’ved asked an inquiry for room vacancy and since no vacant room at the moment, we were advised to wait there until our number is called. I’ved asked if the patient also needs to wait as she has a special condition or is it okay if only one rep is waiting, she said yes we needed to be physically there so they can immediately accomodate the admitting patient once room is ready otherwise they wont contact us should there be any vacant room available. I am with my PWD sister who patiently waited the whole day yesterday until night time and today and we weren’t informed/notified about the progress of their waiting list until this late afternoon. I came to the counter to ask if how many awaiting number of patients on their list, she said we are still on the number 30 bec theres no discharged patient for the day. I’ved asked few questions but your staff is too RUDE and impatient and lack of professionalism. Sheas so sulky and hostile. I want to highlight the Staff name EVANGELINE CASTILLO with this contact number ?(0943) 449 0362? because of here rudeness and improper work ethics. I understand what she went through the day and pls understand what every patients went through just to be accommodated. I don’t want to reiterate what she said but she is just TOO RUDE. Today is our second day of waiting and one staff approached me that its okay not to personally wait there, we just drop them a call for follow up or any update for room vacancy. Seriously? Like really after waiting for two days and travelled 4hrs to reached at the hospital? Why your information is inconsistent? Why I’ve just informed today. Why you did not informed me yesterday? Just a waste of time. Please brief your staffs properly to avoid confusion and misleading infos. Also, practice the proper working ethics. Staffs are horrible not just the hospital itself. I understand that its very crowded but pls be patient and kind to the patients who are also waiting their turn to be accommodated. Also the hospital has poor ventilation, clinics are very tight inside and the worse situation here in this hospital is finding a space to park your CAR. PARKING SPACE is the most horrible and worse nightmare in this hospital. This hospital is not well-maintained. Some stuffs/materials there are needed for some replacement, …please look into this matter to give a better service to the people. Thank you.

      @Zandra Same thing I was talking about some 6yrs ago when I was a patient having my therapy session for almost 2yrs some got improvements but some are still existing like the parking system which is a nightmare looking for spot to park your vehicle,hoping that the administration will look after this….and also no one is answering to this e-mails.

    The most unsatisfactory place at this hospital….waiting are at doctor’s clinic most of the time it is very crowded and with poor ventilation …clinics are very tight inside and the worse nightmare in this hospital is finding a spot to park your car PARKING LOT IS ONE OF THE WORSE PLACE IN THIS HOSPITAL…
    ONEMORE THING…I am a stroke patient at this hospital and i am having my therapy at rehab dept. almost every time i come in here for my session i have to wait for at least 30min.for the machine…lack of machine and most of the machine i think are already old and need to be replaced or need additional machine and the mini pedal bike too,also at the O.T. Room the instrument there need replacement,the reading materials are already torn off and falling apart …OMG PLEASE CHECK IT OUTFOR MORE BETTER AND SATISFYING SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY…THANK YOU

    Magandang umaga po mga namamahala sa oapital na to. Panawagan n din sa HR department. Meron po kasi n hindi patas na pagtingin o pagtrato sa mga bagong NA at Nurse sa ilang Station nyo. Di po ba ay meron ng monthly schedule ang mga nurses at NA na binibigay ng supervisor? Subalit hndi pa din nasusunod ang mga schedule nagkakaron ng changes na iba ang papadutyhin kahit naka off na papadutyhin pa din. Kahit sinabi n masama na ang pakiramdam papadutyhin pa din. Hndi po ba hndi naman cguro patas yun. My ilan sinasamantala ang oagiging seniority, sa kabilang banda wala naman problema sa changes of schedule, pumapayag naman ung mga bagong empleyado na magduty kahit off nila, ang nakaka iyak lang dito bakit my mga senior nurses na pinag iinitan ang mga bago na cla lagi ang mag duty? Hndi naman po cguro iisa o dadalwa ang mga bagong nurse at NA nyo, hndi po ba consider as bullying yun? Panawagan po sa mga tagapamahala ng ospital na ito. Sana maging oatS tayo sa mga empleyado. Para mawala n ang imahe na kaya madami hndi tumatagal n empleyado sa nyo kc sa ganong sistema ng mga senior nurses nyo sa ibang station. Stop bullying…
